Gfeel is mainly a mystery shopper service for e-commerce.

 

More and more services are appearing online, and a lot of e-commerce providers are wanting to analyse the service interaction with their end customers.

 

Gfeel is a product developed for these clients where the interaction is mostly from a website shopping experience. The mystery concept is required as it covers delivery, complaints and the product return service.

 

GMD started providing this service to ecommerce providers in Taiwan first, where a set of protocols for mystery shoppers was developed.
