Abby has more than 12 years of solid qualitative experience, 8 years of project coordination across  regional and global. In moderation, her experiences include conducting ethnography, groups, in-depth interviews with consumers, businesses and professionals. Languages used for moderation include English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Malay. She is a qualified accredited Censydiam moderator.


She has worked on projects across various industries and some example of brands are Abbott, Mead Johnson, Wyeth, Eu Yan Sang (China), Bayer, J&J, Unilever (Dove, Lux, Pond’s, Food Solution), President, Kimberly Clark (Kotex), Clarins, Watsons, Youtube, Nokia, HSBC, CFA, Philips, Credit Agricole, Sony, China local electronic brands, BMW, Pernod Ricard, Johnnie Walker, Glenfiddich,  A. Lange & Sohne, Pandora, Lee Kum Kee Sauces, Astrazeneca, RB (Durex), Walmart, etc.


Abby graduated from Michigan Technological University, Michigan USA with a degree of B.Sc in Mathematical Statistics.

Prior to joining GMD, she had worked in IPSOS, media department of Nielsen Media Research, Strategic Focus and Oracle-Added-Value where she leads many large-scale projects all over the Greater China region and Asia. She has also worked in Media agencies like Starcom and OMD.
